ABB Tzidc-200 V18348 Explosion-Proof Housing Electro-Pneumatic Valve Positioner
Product Description
Abbb Tzidc-200 V18348 Explosion-Proof Housing Electro-Pneumatic Valve Positioner
V18348| TZIDC Electro-Pneumatic Positioner | ABBb
The ABBb V18348 (TZIDC-200) is a digital intelligent valve positioner that communicates via HART. It is designed for precise control of pneumatic actuators and is suitable for both linear and rotary valves. With its advanced features, it can operate reliably in harsh industrial environments, including hazardous areas due to its explosion-proof design. It offers easy commissioning and operation, along with intelligent control and diagnostic functions.
ABB Series of TZIDC-200 is meant for use in areas where explosion-proof enclosures are required. It includes the same features as the TZIDC Intelligent Positioners and includes the high accuracy, adaptable control functions and easy commissioning using the auto stroke functions, that the TZIDC has.
The TZIDC-200 series has three models:
TZIDC-200 ( V18348 ) Standard performance, flameproof enclosure, with 4 to 20 mA with HART communication
TZIDC-210 ( V18349 ) Standard performance, flameproof enclosure, with PROFIBUS PA communicationStandard performance, flameproof enclosure, with PROFIBUS PA communication
TZIDC-220 ( V18350) Standard performance, flameproof enclosure, with FOUNDATION Fieldbus communication

Applications
Petrochemical Industry: Used for precise control of valves in processes involving corrosive fluids, high-pressure and high-temperature conditions, such as in refining units, chemical reactors, and pipeline systems. Suitable for controlling flow, pressure, and temperature of various chemicals and hydrocarbons, and can be used in explosive areas within refineries and chemical plants.
Power Generation: Employed in steam turbine control, boiler feedwater regulation, and other processes. For example, controlling the flow of steam, water, and fuel in power plants, and can withstand the harsh environments of power generation facilities, including high-temperature and vibrating environments near turbines and pumps.
Oil & Gas Industry: Applied in onshore and offshore platforms for pipeline control, wellhead control, and emergency shutdown systems. Can accurately position valves in oil and gas transportation and processing, ensuring the safety and efficiency of operations in hazardous offshore and onshore environments.
Water and Wastewater Treatment: Used for PID closed-loop control of valves in water treatment plants, such as for controlling the flow of water, chemicals for disinfection and purification, and in wastewater treatment processes for regulating the flow of sewage and sludge. Its high protection rating and environmental adaptability make it suitable for the often wet and dirty environments of water treatment facilities.
