Rosemount 3051tg pressure transmitter, 3051ta absolute pressure transmitter integrates sensor, electronic technology and single isolation diaphragm design, and realizes the calibration range of gauge pressure and absolute pressure measurement from 0.3 to 10000 psi. Working principle of model 3051t pressure transmitter: when working, the isolation diaphragm and filling liquid at high and low pressure sides transfer the process pressure to the filling liquid, and then the filling fluid transfers the pressure to the sensing diaphragm in the sensor center. The sensing diaphragm of the 3051 pressure transmitter is a tensioned elastic element whose displacement varies with the pressure applied (for the 3051gp pressure transmitter, atmospheric pressure is applied to the low pressure side of the sensing diaphragm). 3051ap absolute pressure transmitter, the low pressure side always maintains a reference pressure. The large displacement of the sensing diaphragm is 0.004 inch (0.1 mm), and the displacement is proportional to the pressure. Capacitance plates on both sides detect the position of the sensing diaphragm. The capacitance difference between the sensing diaphragm and the capacitor plate is converted to the corresponding current, voltage or digital Hart (high speed addressable remote transmitter data highway) output signal.
