YT-2500 Smart Valve Positioner accurately controls valve stroke, according to input signal of 4~20mA being delivered from controller.
The Rotork YT-2500 is a smart valve positioner. It receives a 4 - 20mA input signal from the controller and accurately controls the valve stroke. With a built-in microprocessor, it can optimize positioner performance and offer functions like auto calibration, PID control, and HART protocol communication. It has a fail freeze function, which keeps the valve at its current stroke position when the input signal fails without additional equipment. There is an LCD display for users to monitor the positioner's status. It can operate normally even when the pressure source changes suddenly and/or in a high vibration environment.
